Grief Support Group

For anyone who wants support dealing with grief or loss.

When: Will schedule when enough participants express interest

Details: This 10-week group is for anyone who wants support in dealing with loss, whether from a recent or past loss. The focus will include psychoeducation, attachment and inner child work, EMDR resourcing techniques, expressive arts, music and mindfulness practices.
